The Women Veterans 2020 Delegation hosts the Friday Afternoon Masters Class Series.  It will be a compelling follow-up session to the Women Veterans ROCK 2019 Public Policy Day on Capitol Hill.

This year’s theme continues to be: “Conversations With Our Congresswomen.”

Also, meet and and network with Delegates of The Women Veterans 2020 Delegation.  You will learn how you can train to become a Public Policy Delegate on Capitol Hill at this year’s Fall Series of The Women Veterans Civic Leadership Institute At Chestnut Hill College.

We have moved beyond traditional Work-Life Balance Programs.  We’re presenting you with exciting interactive clinics and power networking too! Enjoy A New Powerful Vision Boarding Session With Ms. Nakia Henderson.  Vision Boarding is an amazing visualization exercise that is uniquely designed to help you bring your goals and ambitions to life – and – It Works! You will learn the reasons why Vision Boards work. You will experience how Vision Boards will give clarity to your goals. And, you’ll see how Vision Boards will inspire your aspirations.

• The Power of Voice – Is Lifting – The Power of Women!

This is a fun & informative workshop to help you Liberate The Power of Your Voice with Ms. Deborah Crane.  She explores how the Power of Your Voice can help you to identify, manage and release different forms of work-related stress and work-life anxiety. We use our voices every day, all day, and take them entirely for granted. We feel that if we
are more assertive, actualized or enlightened, we would find a way to express our true selves.

We will practice voice-work techniques that encourage full expression as well as explore your voice; your thoughts; and your feelings about it in a safe and stress free environment.

Ms. Deborah Crane has been helping clients “find their voice” for more than 15 years. She is experienced in Voice Movement Therapy, an expressive arts therapy which focuses on the voice as an instrument of self-expression to help us in living fulfilling lives.  Say good-bye to stress and unwanted pressure through The Power of Voice!
